About Sydecar

Sydecar is a software platform that makes investing into private companies affordable and easy. Sydecar allows accredited investors to create Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to lead investments into private companies, facilitating the legal agreements, banking, accounting, and tax preparation necessary for the deal leads and participating investors.

Sydecar has seen particular success supporting SPV formation and administration for investors in the venture capital space. They also have supporting fund administration and enterprise API product lines.

My Role at Sydecar

I joined Sydecar in May 2025 to establish a product design team, and to bring best practices and added rigor to our product management functions.

I lead our small team of product designers, as well as serving as product manager for our enterprise API product and banking integrations.

My time is split between design management, strategic product research, IC design work, IC product management, and product management coaching.
